CARIB-COAST

We invite you to be a part of the CARIB-COAST projects’ public conference to be held at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in Kingston next Wednesday, 9th October 2019. CARIB-COAST is a partnership of regional research institutions whose main activities include:
1) Regional hydrodynamic observation and modelling;
2) Coastal erosion monitoring and mitigation network;
3) Decision-support tools for management, risk prevention and adaptation practices.
The project is led and managed by the French Geological Survey (BRGM – Bureau des Recherches Géologiques et Minières) through funding from the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) under the INTERREG Caraïbes Program. The project includes 6 Caribbean islands: Saint Martin, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Puerto Rico, Jamaica and Trinidad.
